Mental Health Art Tour · since late October 2023

Art that stays with you.

Through art and personal stories we open up the conversation about mental health, for young people and everyone around them.

What we do

Behind every face, a story.

Since late 2023 the Mental Health Art Tour has travelled across the Netherlands with portraits, art and personal stories about what really goes on in our heads.

People from very different backgrounds have their portrait made and tell, in an audio story, what is on their mind. Artists create work to go with it. Those who look and listen often start a conversation that would otherwise never take place.

We create concepts that use art and personal stories to make mental health something people can talk about, with a focus on young people.

ICME · In Case of Mental Emergency

Who do you call when things get too much?

ICME is a tool for when you need a conversation or some support. You decide in advance who you call or text when things are not going well in your head: a friend, your sister, your coach, your doctor. Two minutes, no account, your list stays on your own phone.

“Your sister, a friend, your coach, your doctor. Can't think of anyone right now? Then this list is exactly for you.”
